The Central Minnesota Community Foundation (CMCF) has awarded $132,000 in academic scholarship for the coming school year to 100 students from around the region. Local scholarship recipients for 2010-11 are: Breanna Brausen, Onamia - Dr. Eddy Silker Scholarship - $1,000; Courtney Nieken, Hillman - Dr. Eddy Silker Scholarship - $1,000; and Abbey Tretter, Hillman - General John and Avis Vessey Scholarship - $4,000. |
