Bill Putnam of Sioux City, Iowa, said, “This eagle was devouring the northern he caught by my mom’s cabin near Wahkon.” The small photo is a picture of what he left on the dock once he noticed Bill taking his picture. Bill’s mom is Florence Robbins, who lives near Wahkon.
